Refund policy

All return, refund or exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order. Requests made after 3 days cannot be accommodated.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days and provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

Exchanges: Damaged or defective items may be exchanged for the same or an alternative item, subject to availability.

Refunds: If a suitable replacement is unavailable, a refund may be provided. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Items that are not damaged or defective may only be returned or exchanged where permitted under our policy and applicable consumer rights.
